Traditional 401(k) Form

A traditional contribution is an elective deferral made by an eligible plan participant. As a participant under the plan, you may elect to reduce your compensation by a specific percentage or dollar amount and have that amount contributed to the plan on a pre-tax basis as an elective deferral. Your 2026 deferrals may not exceed $24,500.

For participants age 50 and over, the additional “Catch-Up” contribution limit for 2026 are:

• Ages 50-59 by 12/31/2026 – $8,000

• Ages 60-63 by 12/31/2026 – $11,250

• Ages 64+ by 12/31/2026 – $8,000

New Mandatory Roth “Catch-Up” Contribution: If your 2025 wages exceeded $150,000, any catch-up contributions you make in 2026 will be made to a Roth 401(k) account on an after-tax basis, following new IRS guidelines.

Employees can make voluntary contributions to the 401(k) plan through weekly, semi-monthly or monthly payroll deductions. You may defer a fixed dollar amount or a percentage of your earnings.

A new catch-up election form must be completed each year. The Catch-Up contribution will not begin until you have satisfied the statutory limit for traditional deferrals. If interested, please consult HR regarding the catch-up contribution.
